Provide the first point of contact for clients seeking services at Care Net; field all phone calls, assess client need and schedule appointments; assist center director/center assistant in day-to-day center operations; assist in ensuring quality of services. Work in conjunction with client care team to provide services for clients and facilitate center operation. Assist center director in concert with the director of client services, medical manager and programs coordinator to ensure the quality of services. Assist in data entry, client tracking and follow-up. Part-time, 30 hours/week, Monday-Thursday.

Bilingual (English-French) Advocate/Mentor

Provide English-French translation and interpretation as a life advocate and parenting mentor to women facing unexpected pregnancy. Through active listening skills, facilitate predesigned educational curriculum providing support, encouragement, prayer and referrals in an atmosphere of warmth and compassion.
