Fatherhood: Be the Best Dad You Can Be

The Fatherhood program is open to all male clients. This community- and faith-based program helps men develop attitudes, knowledge and skill needed to become great dads.

This Clients meet weekly in a small, father-only group or one-on-one with a male mentor. Learn about your vital role in helping your children have a healthy birth and the importance of helping them learn and grow. You’ll explore topics such as:

The Importance of Being a Good Dad
Anger Management
Sex, Love and Relationships
Balancing Work and Family
Risks of Smoking
Preventing Shaken Baby Syndrome
Child Abuse and Neglect
Car Seat Safety

The sessions specifically discuss fathering and how to be the best father you can be as well as important lessons about safety. Incentives for attending include diapers, car seats, cribs and other items.
